fill a pot with water
cover with lid

take pecorino romano cheese
150 grams should suffice
grate cheese
add a little hot water
mix well
until it becomes creamy

take 400 gr spaghetti
get a large pan
heat some olive oil
and a lot of black pepper
lower heat
drain spaghetti before they are fully cooked
add to pan
