Valerio De Molli, CEO of The European House - Ambrosetti, tells us how to create a professional profile based on passion and expertise. Valerio De Molli project areas include strategy, internationalization and human resources development for large sized companies and institutions. Since 2011 he is a member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization). He is the author of the book "Towards excellence. The Boards of Directors: a tool for an effective system of corporate governance. Proposals and directions", published by Sperling & Kupfer in May 2005 and of the book "The Fundamentals of Strategic Management References - The paradigms of Enterprise System”, published by IPSOA in January 2009. Since 2005 he is Managing Partner of The European House - Ambrosetti.
